Supervision and Competency Assessment
We offer development opportunities for therapists in Applied Behavior Analysis through supervision services during the training period to obtain board certification or supervise licensees to fulfill the licensing requirements and receive the necessary supervision and training.
The primary objective of is to ensure implementation of the ABA programs with fidelity, effectively applying the principles and techniques of behavior analysis. Supervisors provide ongoing guidance and oversight, helping therapists to understand and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition programs tailored to each client's specific needs.
Competency Assessment
(RBT - ABAT)
Our Competency Assessment and Guidance service is designed to support individuals pursuing certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA). We provide comprehensive assistance in assessing your competency, offering guidance, providing constructive feedback, and helping you meet the competency requirements set forth by these certification boards.
Behavior Technician Supervision
For individuals who already hold certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), or International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBT). It serves as a means to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge base, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
Certified Behavioral Therapist Supervision
For individuals who already hold certifications such as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Technician (BCaBA),Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S). It serves as a means to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge base, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
Behavior Certification Supervision
We are pleased to offer comprehensive supervision services designed to help individuals obtain professional certifications from esteemed organizations such as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO), and Qualified Applied Behavior Analyst (QABA).
